On Tuesday, my hubby caught up with me and turned 24. People are still surprised that I'm older than him - sometimes it surprises me too - but I think he likes the fact that he got an "older woman." I don't think he'll let me live down the fact that I'll turn 30 before him.
Yes, there are 24 candles on that cake. I called it the ring of fire.
Here Dayne is in his birthday present - a new office chair!!! Since we've been married he's been using one of the kitchen chairs so I thought I'd make him a little more comfortable and finally got him something more suitable. He feels professional now.
We squeezed both his family and mine into our little apartment for the party - balloons and all.
